Terms of Use and Conditions

Please read this Agreement carefully. The following terms and conditions apply when using our company's website, mobile application, products, and services. By accessing our website, using the services, purchasing products, or utilizing the mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (this "Agreement").

Furthermore, you confirm that all information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date. You will promptly inform us of any changes to the information you have supplied. You agree that we may use your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy set forth in this Agreement.

Additionally, you warrant that you have the legal right to use our services on your own behalf or on behalf of the beneficiary of the services.

Amend

Crazy-freight may establish and amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. Should any changes be made to these terms or their components, Crazy-freight will post an announcement on its website. The modifications will take effect immediately upon publication and will form an integral part of these terms.

By continuing to use any of Crazy-freight's services, you acknowledge that you have accepted the revised terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the most recent version of the service agreement shall prevail.

Term

1. Crazy-Freight will not sign for any goods sent via surface mail or those without proof of receipt or tracking.

2. Crazy-Freight only accepts and processes shipments where one tracking number from a single store contains goods for only one customer.

3. Crazy-Freight shall not be held liable for any loss, missing shipments, or changes in shipping costs arising from the following circumstances:

Situation 1: The seller provides one tracking number, but the package contains goods for two or more customers, leading to some customers being unable to claim their items.
The customer must contact the seller to ensure that the tracking number provided by the seller upon shipment contains only their goods.

Situation 2: (When a customer purchases two or more items) The seller provides the customer with only one tracking number, but in reality, the seller ships the customer's goods using two or more separate tracking numbers, resulting in the customer being unable to claim all items.
The customer is responsible for contacting the seller to obtain the other correct tracking numbers for claiming.

Situation 3: If the seller provides an incorrect tracking number.
The customer is responsible for contacting the seller to obtain the correct tracking number for claiming.

4. Due to the time required for data entry of goods, customers are advised to log in to the website to claim their parcels one working day after the items arrive at Crazy-Freight.

5. Notice Regarding Domestic Logistics Transit Warehouse Storage Arrangements: Customers must claim and arrange shipment for their goods within six months from the date the items are delivered to Crazy-Freight. Otherwise, overdue items will be disposed of by us after this six-month period.

6. The actual weight and volumetric weight of goods shall be determined based on Crazy-Freight's calculations.

7. There are no restrictions on consolidating express tracking numbers.

8. Once an order is confirmed (regardless of whether it is under review or being processed), cancellations, additions of items to the order, or changes to alternative logistics services are not permitted.

9. Crazy-Freight's receiving hours are daily from 8:30 AM to 10:30 PM. The order cut-off time for all services is 4:00 PM (may be appropriately extended if time permits).

10. If a customer requests to cancel an order after successful payment, our company will not arrange a refund.

11. Our company accepts partial freight collect payments.

12. If the provided address is in a non-commercial or remote area and the customer has not paid the additional surcharge, our company reserves the right not to dispatch the goods.

13. All goods received by Crazy-Freight are ultimately considered destined for Australia. If the customer subsequently requires forwarding or return, and the destination is not Australia, the calculation method (in RMB) is as follows:

(Storage fee: 10 RMB × Days stored) + (Freight cost (quoted separately) × Weight) = Forwarding cost.

Crazy-Freight reserves the final right of interpretation regarding any disputes over freight charges.
