1. Policy Regarding Loss After Local Courier Handover:

Should a loss occur after the shipment has been collected by the local delivery partner (such as TOLL or AUSPOST), our company's liability is limited to a maximum compensation of AUD 100 per shipment, applicable only to the value of the lost items and does not include a refund of the paid freight charges. The definitive proof of delivery and timeline must be verified through the official tracking system of the respective courier company.

In the event of loss or damage to goods charged on a per CBM basis, whether occurring in transit or within warehouse facilities, and upon verification and confirmation by our company, our liability shall be limited to compensation calculated at a rate of AUD 100 per CBM for the volume of the lost items only. This compensation expressly excludes any refund of paid freight charges.

3. Liability for Loss Prior to Local Courier Collection (Australia):

This compensation is capped at this rate and expressly excludes any refund of paid freight charges.
