General goods are clothing, shoes, bags, furniture, mother and baby products, sporting products, battery-free electrical appliances, products without magnets, books, and sensitive goods are counterfeit/genuine goods, genuine dolls, valuables, jewelry, liquids, powders, medicines, CDs, videos, electromagnetic products, electrical appliances.
Users are advised to declare the value truthfully and do not have to worry about customs clearance issues caused by over-declaration. If the value is not declared truthfully, when the package is lost or damaged, compensation will be based on the value declared.
It is also recommended that users fill in the quantity declared truthfully without worrying about customs clearance issues caused by over-declaration. It is to avoid problems such as delays in customs clearance caused by random inspections when the customs finds that the quantities are inconsistent.
All signed packages will be updated and warehoused within 24 hours. If the signed package has not been warehoused, please ask customer service to investigate. The investigation will take 5 work days. We will contact the courier, check and monitor, etc. Once the warehouse confirms that the package is signed for, but the package is lost, we will compensate you. The maximum compensation will be RMB 200 or 80% of the value declared, whichever is the lowest.
If any package that has been warehoused is lost, we will need 5 days to investigate from the day we are notified. After investigation, if it is confirmed that it is lost, we will compensate you with the lowest compensation amount of up to RMB 400 or 80% of the value declared. If it is not lost, we will reissue it for free after 40 work days.
Packages transported by air are shipped around 6 pm every day. It is recommended that users submit the order before 3 pm and pay before 5 pm. If you pay after 5 pm, there may be a small chance that your packages will be shipped tomorrow. If the goods are in urgent need, please contact customer service, who will arrange advance delivery for you.
If sensitive items are found to be shipped through general cargo channels during customs clearance, it may lead to delays, inspection, confiscation, and other issues. If the package is returned, you need to pay the freight for the second shipment and then transfer it to sensitive cargo channels for shipment. The freight you pay at first will be deemed to be confiscated.

Volumetric weight means that when the volumetric weight of the package is heavier than the actual weight, the freight will be calculated based on the volumetric weight.Free In means that regardless of whether the volumetric weight of the package is heavier than the actual weight, the freight will only be calculated based on the actual weight.Half In means that when the volumetric weight is heavier than the actual weight, the freight will be calculated based on (volumetric weight+actual weight)/2.
The actual weight is the actual weight of the goods measured based on the electronic scale, and the volumetric weight is calculated as (Length*Width*Height) CM/5000 after the goods are packed.
If the package is found to be damaged when signing for it, please refuse to sign for it, take photos, weigh the goods, and contact customer service to facilitate our investigation.
